Chiropractic is the art and science of addressing issues that arise in the body from fixated and malpositioned joints in the body. The primary focus of chiropractors is the spine, the spinal cord, the spinal nerves, and soft tissue associated with it. Through gentle mobilization (an adjustment) of these fixated and misaligned joints, sometimes called a vertebral subluxation, a chiropractor can restore normal function and allow the body to operate at its most optimal level. Chiropractic has a great track record of helping people overcome various back pain issues, headaches, postural abnormalities, and other aches and pains. However, the benefits of chiropractic care go far beyond that.
What is Chiropractic Care?
More often than not, when we tell someone that we are a chiropractic office, they immediately associate our vocation with neck and/or back pain. What many do not realize, however, is that chiropractic is a health care modality that provides significantly more than just a solution for pain.
Chiropractic is a lifestyle that involves all aspects of wellness, including exercise, nutrition, personal development, and stress relief. We have been fortunate to work with people from all walks of life (including newborns, children, and adolescents) and the outcome has been miraculous.
